Welcome to Iskrex Tools. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website iskrextools.com and the purchase of products from our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Iskrex Tools is a business-to-business (B2B) supplier of CNC tooling and related products, primarily serving professional machine shops, manufacturers, and industrial businesses.
2. Definitions
- Customer, You, Your – refers to the business entity or individual placing orders through our website.
- Products – refers to all CNC tools, accessories, and related items available for purchase.
- Order – refers to a request to purchase Products submitted through our website.
- Agreement – refers to these Terms and Conditions along with any order confirmation.
3. Account Registration
To place orders on our website, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information.
- Keep your password confidential and secure.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Orders and Pricing
4.1 Order Acceptance and Cancellation
All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. An order is only accepted when we send an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Pricing errors or inaccuracies
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to verify customer information
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for any payments already made.
4.2 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
- We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.
4.3 B2B Sales Only - No VAT
Iskrex Tools sells exclusively to businesses (B2B). All prices displayed on our website are net prices without VAT. As a B2B supplier:
- We do not charge VAT on our invoices.
- For EU customers: The reverse charge mechanism applies. You are responsible for accounting for VAT in your country according to local regulations.
- For non-EU customers: No VAT applies. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees in your country.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a registered business and not as a private consumer.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfer (SEPA for EU customers)
- Other payment methods as indicated at checkout
5.2 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
5.3 Payment Timeline
Payment is required at the time of order unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Shipping
We ship to locations within Europe and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
6.3 Inspection
You must inspect all Products upon delivery. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect your ability to claim.

7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
We accept returns of unused, unopened Products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected].
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Products must be returned with a trackable shipping method. We recommend using insured shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
7.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Custom or special-order items
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
7.3 Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned Products.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued for the product value only.
- Products must be received in original, unused condition for a full refund.
7.4 Defective Products
If you receive a defective Product, contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Product Information and Warranty
8.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly from images shown.
8.2 Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty where applicable. We make no additional warranties beyond what is provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
8.3 Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from improper use, modification, or application of Products.
- We are not liable for production delays, machine damage, or other consequential losses resulting from tool failure or wear.
10. Business-to-Business Terms
Important: Iskrex Tools sells exclusively to businesses. We do not sell to private consumers.
As a B2B-only supplier, the following terms apply:
- Business Customers Only: By placing an order, you confirm that you are a registered business entity purchasing for commercial/business purposes.
- No VAT Charged: All prices are net prices. VAT is not included or charged. EU customers must account for VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
- Consumer Protection: Consumer protection laws that apply only to consumer (B2C) transactions do not apply to your purchases.
- Business Use: You represent that you are purchasing Products for business use and not for personal, family, or household purposes.
- Application Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring Products are suitable for your intended applications. Technical specifications and recommendations are provided as guidance only.
- Professional Knowledge: We assume you have the professional knowledge to select and use CNC tooling appropriately for your applications.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Iskrex Tools or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
